• First of all, we would like to declare the lamb/kid goat furs we deal with. There are 5 item totally, namely Tianjin lamb, Tibet lamb, Kalgan lamb, pearl lamb and kid goat furs.

• We collect raw Kalgan lamb skins from local farmers in Shandong province, Hebei province mainly.
• To get a general understanding about Tianjin lamb furs, please refer to photos as below

Color: natural and bleached white

• There are different colors of Kalgan lamb furs including white, mixed colors, etc.

• We maily deal with white color Kalgan lamb furs but with customers' requirements, we can also provide mixed color skins and plates if necessary.
• Also, we can provide pieces or pieces plates of Kalgan lamb plates of mixed color or white color.
• Reference for different parts of Tianjin lamb skins

• As you can see, we use back-part of Kalgan lamb skins to make high-quality Kalgan lamb plates for making garments, linings, etc. Other parts of pieces from Kalgan lamb skins can only be made into plates for low quality lining, etc.
• Not as other furs, we do not differentiate pieces of different parts from Kalgan lamb skins, what I mean is we use Kalgan lamb heads, bellies, bottoms, legs, etc mixed for making linings plates.

Size: 60 cm x 120 cm

• It is difficult to control sizes of lamb skins. In addition, we only provide lamb plates for daily use of international market.
• Our Kalgan lamb plates are in size of 60 cm x 120 cm exactly after dry-cleaning, etc.

Season: Winter skin

• Not as rabbit skins, for all lamb/kid goat skin, we have clear regularity all through the year. In winter times, normally from Dec to Feb, we collect raw skins and in Spring, right after Chinese New Year's Holiday, we tan then at home. In Summers, we proceed our production for products and plates. In Autumn, it is the hottest season for trading our skin, plate and products.

Grade: A

• First, we would like to know the difference of Kalgan fur quality and product type.
• We applied strict selection and quality standards for selecting the best plates for international market only.
• In fur industry, also with the best quality. The Kalgan lamb furs can be divided into 3 types according to the size of its fur curls.
• In terms of the size of fur curl and length, we can divided Kalgan lamb plates as below:

• Kalgan lamb plates of different fur length have different application for production.
• Generally speaking, Kalgan lamb plates of medium-size curls are the best popular.
• Normally, small-curl Kalgan lamb plates are for making main body of garments and other clothing items. Medium-curl Kalgan lamb plates are for making linings. Large-curl Kalgan lamb plates are for making linings also but for some fur accessories such as boots, etc.
• No matter what fur length, our Kalgan lamb plates are all of the best quality with excellent fur skins used.

• For regular 12-skin plates (3 x 4), small pieces used are allowed. In order to avoid that, customers can prefer to order special customized 16-skin plates (4 x 4).

• We also have low quality Kalgan lamb plates if customers want.

Quality: Our products' excellent quality characteristics are mainly as below:

• Strictly select skins for plate manufacturing while most of them are based on special tanning techniques which give our furs a special shinning and bright outlook
• Carefully fur quality matching to enable the fur color and length unity within the same plate
• To cut skins seriously and only use the best part of fur skins for plate making
• Skilled stitching and labour work
• Dry-cleaning to remove any horrible smells and also keep leatherside of plates soft and elastic
• Final fine-tune plates including backside repairing to remove extra stitching,
• Stitching seam unified, namely all skins of same size used to facilitate garment manufacturing
• Speical dying and printing techniques

• Black color is a regualr and common color for making garment linings. We keep them in stock regularly.
