• Our rabbit plates are made from skins of Dongbei origin and Shandong origin. Please refer to origins of rabbit skins for detailed information.
• Rabbit fur skins and plates are our base business for generations. 50% of rabbit skins we made are for making plates.
• Our town-Daying is the largest manufacturing center for rabbit skins and plates all around the world.
• There are rabbit skins from within China, Europe including Easr, West and Middle Europe. Latin America, Korea and even Egypt. Each of them have their own specialities.
• Rabbit skins of different origins can be made into plates.

• From information avove-mentioned, we can see that rabbit plates made from China rabbit skins have much better quality than rabbit skins from any else places. How ever, because of lower cost and large productivitiy, European rabbit skins are the best choice for making garment interlining, lining, fur blankets, etc.
• In addition, another obvious advantage of Chinese rabbit skins is that they have more colors for choice white European rabbit skins are of white most of the time. They are also brown and grass colors rabbit skins from Mexio and other Latin American areas but the production is quite limited.
• Within China, we deal with rabbit skins of Dongbei origin and Shandong origin in all colors, each quality-level, in forms of skins, plates, semi-finished or finished products to international market and Chinese domestic users.
• We keep rabbit plates in colors of white, dyed black, grass, grey, brown for daily business.

Color:

• Both Dongbei and shandong rabbit plates have different color options as below:

• Notes: China natural mahogany color is not pure black but like matural mink colors

• Within fur industry, it is easy to know that no any 2 skins are of the totally same. But we enable skins within the same plate are of same color and fur quality. We call this procedure "color-matching" and it is one of the most important procedure we applied.

• Please note the color characteristics of Chinese rabbit skins and then pay attention to the plates made from them. White rabbit plates are of totally white color. Natural mahogany rabbit plates are of total mahogany.
• Other skins including grass, grey, brown are always with white belly. Mixed color rabbit skins also have white belly if less skins used for making the plates. How ever, for our rabbit plates made from 16-skins, pure color is ok without belly lines as photos show below:

• If customer prefer no white belly fur in plates, more skins are needed for making the plates because we will only use the central back parts to make the pure-color plates and leave all white bellies aside.

• For mixed color rabbit plates, according to the percentage of white or black/brown color, we can also divided them into categories such as small-color mixed rabbit and bog-color mixed rabbit fur.

• Please note that within one color group of rabbit plates such as brown ones, there are also dark brown, light brown, medium brown, etc.

Size: 60 cm x 120 cm, 55 cm x 110 cm

• We provide rabbit fur plates in size of 60 cm x 130 cm and 55 cm x 110 cm.
• Detailed size information on our products are as below:

• All sizes are rabbit fur plates after dyeing, bleaching or dry-cleaning which means we will make original plates at 65 cm x 130 cm most of the time to make this purpose.
• 60 cm x 120 cm are mainly for grade B+ and grade B which are for garment manufacturing white 55 cm x 110 cm plates are for collar/trimming manufacturing.

• We also make pieces plates from rabbit pieces such as heads, bellies, necks of single color or mixed colors.

Season: Winter/Autumn/Spring/Summer

• We deal with rabbit skins all year around and have rabbit skins of any seasons.
• Because of different seasons, fur quality and heaviness of rabbit skins can be different in terms of length, under fur, etc.
• With the difference of origins, rabbit skins can be used for different purposes.
• We combined origins and seasons together to evaluate the fur heaviness and other quality details to determine the gradings into A and B.
• Besides skins of grades listed below, we also lower quality rabbit skins for making blankets, interlining, lining and other purposes.

Grade: A, B+ and B

• No matter what color and origin, we devided them into several grades and the quality A and B are for international markets.
• Grade A with heavy fur are for making collars or very luxury garments. Grade B with semi-heavy fur are for making high quality garment for international market. B+ is a special grade which is between the 2 grades listed above. They are good quality products which can be used for making collars or garments.
• It is important to determine what grade of rabbit skins you are looking for. Please refer to photos as below to learn about the quality:

Quality: Rabbit skins are what we deal with all year around and we pay a great deal of attention to that. There are some important points about that as below:

• We collect raw rabbit skins at farms directly from Dongbei region and Shandong province which enable the quality from the very beginning.
• We tan rabbit skins ourselves for better control over quality.
• We distinguish rabbit skins of different quality and heaviniess for easy purchase of international buyers.
• We use green-tanning which is environmental and no any harms on human being.
• We apply green dying, bleaching techniques to meet international standards.

• Dry-cleaning to remove any horrible smells which customers can directly cut for production without any extra work from your side and also keep leatherside soft and elastic
• Final fine-tune plates including backside repairing to remove extra stitching

1. New Products: plucked rabbit fur plates

• From the year of 2008, we start to provide anpther new products-plucked rabbit fur plates for international market.
• We use original grade B+ to make plucked rabbit plates to guarantee the good quality. All details of products quality can be secured including under fur, color, etc.
• It is very important to know the change of colors, feelings, etc after plucking for the rabbit fur plates. Sometimes plucked rabbit fur can replace rex rabbit furs.

2 Special dyeing service

• We can provide special dyeing service with customers' requirements. Most of times, color sample is required for production.
• We make different kinds of dyed rabbit fur plates for your operation including single color, double color, chinchilla design, leopard color, etc.
• Generall speaking, to obtain the best effect of dyeing, we recommend grade B rabbit plates of natural white color for leopard/chinchilla design dyeing.
